The very young participants of the education format KLANGSPUREN BARFUSS present a concert playing self-constructed, imaginative instruments KLANGSPUREN BARFUSS with the garden of young musical seedlings and the instrument workshop is literally the grass-roots endeavour among the education projects which KLANGSPUREN presents year-round. It addresses the youngest audience members, children aged 6 to 10. In cooperation with Slow Food Tyrol, the project is about the unity of seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling, tasting, planting, harvesting, inventing and – of course – about thinking. Before the big concert of Ensemble Musikfabrik featuring the exotic instruments invented by the “vagabond” Harry Partch, many of which resemble bizarre fantasy sculptures, the KLANGSPUREN Barefooters present a concert with the fantasy instruments they have invented and crafted themselves. We can hardly wait!
